Green Vegetable Paratha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup mixed green vegetables, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste

Method

  1. Sieve the wheat flour.
  2. Mix the flour, green vegetables, salt and masala paste till well combined, and knead it to a smooth dough. Leave the dough aside for some time.
  3. Divide the dough into two portions.
  4. Roil out one dough portion on a floured board as thinly as possible.
  5. Toast it on the tava with one teaspoon oil till golden on either side,
  6. Repeat with the remaining dough ball.
  7. Serve hot with curd, chutney or any gravy curry.
