Green Vegetable Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup mixed green vegetables, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
Method
- Sieve the wheat flour.
- Mix the flour, green vegetables, salt and masala paste till well combined, and knead it to a smooth dough. Leave the dough aside for some time.
- Divide the dough into two portions.
- Roil out one dough portion on a floured board as thinly as possible.
- Toast it on the tava with one teaspoon oil till golden on either side,
- Repeat with the remaining dough ball.
- Serve hot with curd, chutney or any gravy curry.
