Lapsi Idli
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat rawa
- 1 cup sour curd or buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp til oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
- 1 red chili, broken into pieces
- 1 green chili, minced
Method
- Roast the rawa slightly.
- Mix the rawa, buttermilk or curd and salt till well combined.
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Pour it over the batter and mix the batter thoroughly
- Pour the batter into the idli moulds and steam it for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambhar.
