Mixed Dal Dosa
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup moong dal
- 1/4 cup chana dal
- 1/4 cup masoor dat
- 1/4 cup urad dal
- 1/4 cup tur dal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 green chilies
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
Method
- Soak the entire dais for an hour.
- Grind the entire dais along with the salt and the required amount of water so as to form a smooth batter.
- Grind green chilies, onion and coriander leaves to a fine paste.
- Mix the dat batter and the ground paste till well combined.
- Pour 1 spoonful of batter on a greased tava, as thin as possible. Pour 1 teaspoon oil over its edges. When the base is crisp and golden, turn over the other side and cook. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve hot with curd, chutney or sambhar.
