Mixed Sprouts Dhokla

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed sprouts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic green chili paste
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp mixture of mustard, ajwain, saunf, kalonji and cumin seeds

Method

  1. Grind the sprouts with the buttermilk and salt to a thick batter.
  2. Mix the batter with the masala paste and the coriander leaves till well combined,
  3. Pour the batter on to a greased late and steam it for 10 minutes.
  4. When slightly cool, cut it into required shape and sizes.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients. Pour it over the dhokla.
