Mixed Sprouts Dhokla
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed sprouts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic green chili paste
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp mixture of mustard, ajwain, saunf, kalonji and cumin seeds
Method
- Grind the sprouts with the buttermilk and salt to a thick batter.
- Mix the batter with the masala paste and the coriander leaves till well combined,
- Pour the batter on to a greased late and steam it for 10 minutes.
- When slightly cool, cut it into required shape and sizes.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients. Pour it over the dhokla.
