Nutritious Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 cup noodles
- 2 tsp mixed vegetables, chopped or grated, cooked
- 2 tsp moong sprouts, cooked
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 green chili, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp oil
- A pinch of garam masala powder
Method
- Heat oil and fry the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies and ginger.
- Stir in 1 cup of water and the noodles. Cook till the noodles are tender.
- Finally, stir in the cooked vegetables and sprouts, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
- Sprinkle a pinch of garam masala on the prepared dish and serve hot.
