Nutritious Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup noodles
  • 2 tsp mixed vegetables, chopped or grated, cooked
  • 2 tsp moong sprouts, cooked
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 green chili, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp oil
  • A pinch of garam masala powder

Method

  1. Heat oil and fry the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies and ginger.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of water and the noodles. Cook till the noodles are tender.
  3. Finally, stir in the cooked vegetables and sprouts, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of garam masala on the prepared dish and serve hot.
