Scrambled Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 bread slices
  • 1 egg, beaten thoroughly
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp tomato of salt
  • 1 tsp ghee or oil

Method

  1. Mix the beaten egg and the salt till well combined
  2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and stir in the beaten egg. Scramble and cook for a few minutes after adding the sauce.
  3. Remove the crust from the bread slice, top it with another bread slice, place another portion of egg on it and end with a bread slice. Press the bread slices gently.
  4. Toast till golden brown on either side.
  5. Serve hot any green chutney spooned over it.
