Scrambled Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
- 3 bread slices
- 1 egg, beaten thoroughly
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp tomato of salt
- 1 tsp ghee or oil
Method
- Mix the beaten egg and the salt till well combined
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan and stir in the beaten egg. Scramble and cook for a few minutes after adding the sauce.
- Remove the crust from the bread slice, top it with another bread slice, place another portion of egg on it and end with a bread slice. Press the bread slices gently.
- Toast till golden brown on either side.
- Serve hot any green chutney spooned over it.
