Sprout Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup mixed sprouts, cooked
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
Method
- Sieve the flour.
- Mix the flour, cooked sprouts, salt and the masala paste till well combined and knead it to a smooth dough. Leave the dough aside for some time
- Divide the dough into two portions.
- Roll out one dough portion on a floured board as thinly as possible.
- Toast it on a tava till golden, with teaspoon oil, on either side.
- Repeat the same with the remaining dough portion.
- Serve hot with curd or chutney.
