Steamed Cutlets
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup cabbage shredded
- 1/4 cup, beans shredded
- 2 tsp onions, chopped
- 2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup gram flour roasted
- 2 tsp semolina, roasted
Method
- Mix all the ingredients till well combined.
- Grease a plate and spread prepared mixture evenly on it.
- Steam it 5-10 minutes.
- Cut it into desired shapes and sizes.
- Toast the cutlet on a slightly greased tava till golden on either side.
- Serve hot with any sauce spooned over it.
