Steamed Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup, beans shredded
  • 2 tsp onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup gram flour roasted
  • 2 tsp semolina, roasted

Method

    1. Mix all the ingredients till well combined.
    2. Grease a plate and spread prepared mixture evenly on it.
    3. Steam it 5-10 minutes.
    4. Cut it into desired shapes and sizes.
    5. Toast the cutlet on a slightly greased tava till golden on either side.
    6. Serve hot with any sauce spooned over it.
