Vermicelli Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup vermicelli
- 2 onions, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies minced
Method
- Roast the vermicelli till light brown.
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients. Add the onions and fry.
- Stir in two cups of water and salt.
- When the water begins to boil, add vermicelli and cook till the contents are tender and dry.
- Serve with sauce or chutney spooned over it.
