Egg Pullao
Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 egg, half-boiled and chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Wash and soak rice for an hour.
- Cook the rice along with the salt till tender and dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir in the masala paste and fry.
- Add the chopped tomato, garam masala powder and cook till the contents become thick.
- Add the chopped egg and rice mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve garnished with 1 or 2 egg slices.
