Masoor Dal Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 cup masoor dal
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Seasoning

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mixture of saunf, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and ajwain

Method

    1. Pressure cook the dal.
    2. Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
    3. Stir in the cooked dal mixture and the salt. Cook for few more minutes.
    4. Serve with chapatti or rice.
