Masoor Dal Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup masoor dal
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp mixture of saunf, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and ajwain
Method
- Pressure cook the dal.
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the cooked dal mixture and the salt. Cook for few more minutes.
- Serve with chapatti or rice.
