Radish Leaf Dal
Ingredients
- 1 cup tender radish leaf, chopped
- 1/2 cup moong or tur or masoor dal
- 1 cup tamarind juice
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- A pinch of asafoctida
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ghee or oil
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 red chilies, broken into pieces
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and pressure cook.
- Heat ghee or oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the cooked dal, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a minute.
- Serve with rice or chapatti.
