Sarson Ka Sag

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mustard leaves (sarson), chopped
  • 1 green chili, minced
  • 2 flakes garlic, minced
  • A small piece of ginger, minced
  • 2. onions, minced
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced ingredients.
  2. Stir in the mustard leaves, turmeric powder, salt, along with a little quantity of water. Cover the pan with the lid arid cook till the contents are tender and dry.
  3. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
