Sarson Ka Sag
Ingredients
- 2 cups mustard leaves (sarson), chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- 2 flakes garlic, minced
- A small piece of ginger, minced
- 2. onions, minced
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced ingredients.
- Stir in the mustard leaves, turmeric powder, salt, along with a little quantity of water. Cover the pan with the lid arid cook till the contents are tender and dry.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
