Soyabean Delicacy

Ingredients

  • 8-10 soyabean chunks
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
  • 1/2 tsp mint leaves paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

    1. Boil a little quantity of water and soak the soya chunks for an hour. When they are soft, squeeze out of the water.
    2. Heat oil and fry the minced onion.
    3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and the soya chunks and cook for few more minutes till the gravy is thick.
