Soyabean Delicacy
Ingredients
- 8-10 soyabean chunks
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
- 1/2 tsp mint leaves paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 2 onions, minced
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Boil a little quantity of water and soak the soya chunks for an hour. When they are soft, squeeze out of the water.
- Heat oil and fry the minced onion.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and the soya chunks and cook for few more minutes till the gravy is thick.
