Special Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed sprouts
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

For Garnishing

  • 2 tsp onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato ring

Method

    1. Pressure cook the sprouts.
    2. Roast the mint leaves slightly.
    3. Grind the mint leaves, tomatoes and chilies to a fine paste.
    4. Heat oil and stir in the ground paste, cooked sprouts and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
    5. Garnish it with chopped onion and a tomato slice.
    6. Serve hot with bread or chapatti.
