Urad Dal Delicacy
Ingredients
- 1 cup urad dal
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
Method
- Pressure cook the dal.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the saunf.
- Stir in the ginger paste and fry.
- Finally stir in the dal and the salt. Cover the pan with the lid and cook on slow fire for few minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
