Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rajma or whole moong
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 flakes garlic
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
- 1 tsp mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Pressure cook rajma or whole moong with required quantity of water.
- Grind the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chillis, ginger, coriander and mint leaves to a fine paste.
- Heat oil and fry the paste.
- Stir in the cooked rajma or whole moong along with the garam masala powder and salt. Cook for few minutes.
- Serve hot with chapati or phulka.
