Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ragi
  • 1 cup hot milk
  • Non-carbohydrate sweetener

Method

  1. Roast the ragi till the raw smell disappears.
  2. Powder it.
  3. Dissolve the ragi in half a cup of water and cook it.
  4. Mix the milk, cooked ragi and the non-carbohydrate sweetener till well combined.
