Ash Gourd Delicacy
Ingredients
- 1 cup ash gourd, grated
- 1 cup milk
- 2 saccharine tablets or few drops of sweetex
- A few drops of vanilla essence
- 1 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp grated nuts (mixed)
Method
- Heat ghee and fry the ash gourd
- Add 1 cup of water and cook till the vegetable is tender.
- A the grated nuts, milk and non-carbohydrate sweetener and the essence. Mix the contents thoroughly.
- Serve hot or cold as desired.
