Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tsp fenugreek seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil

Method

    1. Mix the fenugreek seed powder, wheat flour and salt till well combined. Add a little quantity of water and knead it into smooth dough.
    2. Divide the dough into lemon shaped balls and roll them on the floured board as thinly as possible.
    3. Toast it on a greased tava with a little oil till golden on both sides.
    4. Serve hot with curry.
