Chapatti
Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tsp fenugreek seed powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
Method
- Mix the fenugreek seed powder, wheat flour and salt till well combined. Add a little quantity of water and knead it into smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into lemon shaped balls and roll them on the floured board as thinly as possible.
- Toast it on a greased tava with a little oil till golden on both sides.
- Serve hot with curry.
