Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 4 tsp boiled and shredded chicken
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed aniseeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp butter
For Garnishing
Method
- Mix the chicken stock, pepper powder, cumin powder, crushed aniseed and salt till well combined.
- Boil the above mixture for 5 minutes and strain.
- Heat butter in a pan and slightly fry the shredded chicken.
- Now mix the liquid and the shredded chicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated beet root.
