Tender Corn Kernels Soup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tender corn kernels
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- A pinch of salt
For Garnishing
Method
- Grind the corn kernels to a fine paste.
- Boil 2 cups of water and stir in the corn paste, pepper powder and salt. Boil for a few more minutes.
- Strain the liquid.
- Add lemon juice to it, mix it thoroughly and serve garnished with mint leaves.
