Tender Corn Kernels Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tender corn kernels
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • A pinch of salt

For Garnishing

  • 4-5 mint leaves

Method

  1. Grind the corn kernels to a fine paste.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water and stir in the corn paste, pepper powder and salt. Boil for a few more minutes.
  3. Strain the liquid.
  4. Add lemon juice to it, mix it thoroughly and serve garnished with mint leaves.
