Mixed Fruit Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fruits, chopped (apple, watermelon, papaya)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp saffron strands, dissolved in a little hot milk

Method

    1. Mix the milk, saffron milk and the cardamom powder. Boil the milk till the quantity is reduced to half. Add any non-carbohydrate sweetener to the milk. Mix the Contents thoroughly.
    2. Place the fruits in a bowl. Pour milk over it.
    3. Chill before serving.
