Mixed Fruit Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed fruits, chopped (apple, watermelon, papaya)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp saffron strands, dissolved in a little hot milk
Method
- Mix the milk, saffron milk and the cardamom powder. Boil the milk till the quantity is reduced to half. Add any non-carbohydrate sweetener to the milk. Mix the Contents thoroughly.
- Place the fruits in a bowl. Pour milk over it.
- Chill before serving.
