Mixed Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tsp mint juice
- 1/2 tsp ginger juice
- I tsp tamarind juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Garnishing
- 6-8 fresh or fried garlic flakes
Method
- Pressure cook the mixed vegetable with the 2 cups of water and salt.
- When cool, blend the contents in the mixer and strain.
- 1 cup mixed vegetable (carrots, cabbage, capsicum, beans etc)
- Mix the strained liquid, mint juice, ginger juice and tamarind juice till well combined.
- Bring it to boil, serve hot, garnished with fresh or fried garlic.
