Mixed Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp mint juice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger juice
  • I tsp tamarind juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Garnishing

  • 6-8 fresh or fried garlic flakes

Method

  1. Pressure cook the mixed vegetable with the 2 cups of water and salt.
  2. When cool, blend the contents in the mixer and strain.
  3. 1 cup mixed vegetable (carrots, cabbage, capsicum, beans etc)
  4. Mix the strained liquid, mint juice, ginger juice and tamarind juice till well combined.
  5. Bring it to boil, serve hot, garnished with fresh or fried garlic.
