Paneer Delight

Ingredients

• 1 cup paneer
• 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
• A few drops of sweetex

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients till well combined to smooth dough.
2. Spread the dough evenly on a greased plate. Cover the plate.
3. Steam it for 10 minutes,
4. When cool, cut it into desired shapes and sizes.
