Prawn Soup
Ingredients
- 6-8 prawns, shelled, boiled and ground to a paste
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Mix the prawn paste, vegetable stock, pepper powder and salt till well combined.
- Boil it for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fried paneer cubes or bread pieces.
