Prawn Soup

Ingredients

  • 6-8 prawns, shelled, boiled and ground to a paste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • A pinch of salt

Method

    1. Mix the prawn paste, vegetable stock, pepper powder and salt till well combined.
    2. Boil it for 5 minutes.
    3. Serve hot, garnished with fried paneer cubes or bread pieces.
