Radish Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized radish
  • 1/2 cup tender radish leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Garnishing

  • 4-5 fried bread pieces

Method

  1. Wash, peel and grate the radish.
  2. Cook the radish and the leaves till tender, blend and pass it through a strainer.
  3. Mix the strained liquid, salt and the garam niasala, powder well.
  4. Boil for a few minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fried bread pieces.
