Ragi Idli
Ingredients
- 1 cup ragi
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- 1, Clean and soak ragi, dal and the fenugreek seeds overnight.
- Grind them separately and mix them along with the salt so as to form a thick batter.
- Leave the batter aside for some time, to ferment.
- Pour the batter into idli moulds and steam for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with sambhar or chutney.
