Ragi Roti
Ingredients
- 1 cup ragi, (dried and powdered)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Soak the fenugreek seeds overnight, drain, dry and powder.
- Mix all the ingredients with little quantity of water so as to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into lemon shaped balls. Roll the balls on the floured board as thinly as possible and toast it on a tava with 1 tsp oil, till golden on either side.
- Serve hot with curry or chutney.
