Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp basmati rice
  • 2 cashewnuts, grated any non-carbohydrate sweetener
  • A few drops of vanilla essence

Method

  1. Wash and pressure-cook the rice with the required amount of water.
  2. Mix the milk, cooked rice, grated cashewnuts and cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the non-carbohydrate sweetener and the essence and mix the contents thoroughly.
  4. Serve hot or cold as desired.
