Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp basmati rice
- 2 cashewnuts, grated any non-carbohydrate sweetener
- A few drops of vanilla essence
Method
- Wash and pressure-cook the rice with the required amount of water.
- Mix the milk, cooked rice, grated cashewnuts and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the non-carbohydrate sweetener and the essence and mix the contents thoroughly.
- Serve hot or cold as desired.
