Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp black cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For Garnishing

  • 1/2 tsp grated cheese

Method

  1. Cook the spinach in 2 cups of water till tender.
  2. When cool, blend in the mixer and strain.
  3. Mix the strained liquid with the pepper powder, cardamom powder and salt.
  4. Bring the contents to boil.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with grated cheese.
