Vermicelli Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tsp vermicelli
- 1 cup milk
- 2 saccharine tablets or a few drops of sweetex
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp ghee
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan and slightly fry the vermicelli.
- Cook vermicelli till tender.
- Mix the cooked vermicelli, milk and cardamom powder and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the non-carbohydrate sweetener and mix the contents thoroughly.
