Vermicelli Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp vermicelli
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 saccharine tablets or a few drops of sweetex
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and slightly fry the vermicelli.
  2. Cook vermicelli till tender.
  3. Mix the cooked vermicelli, milk and cardamom powder and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Add the non-carbohydrate sweetener and mix the contents thoroughly.
