Delicious Fish
Ingredients
- 1 medium size pomfret (100 gm)
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp aniseeds
- 1 tsp ajwain
- 1 tsp kalonji
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated cheese or butter
Method
- Clean the fish wash and make deep incisions across each side.
- Roast aniseeds, ajwain, kalonji, cumin, coriander and mustard seeds. Powder it.
- Now mix the curd, roasted masala paste, lime juice and salt till well combined. Allow the fish to marinate for a few hours.
- Place the fish along with the marinate mixture in an oven dish top it with grated cheese or butter and bake for 30 minutes.
