Egg Curry
Ingredients
- 1 egg, half boiled and sliced
- 1 bunch spinach, chopped
- 1/4 tsp pay bhaji masala
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paneer
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Pressure cook the spinach leaves with the salt.
- When slightly cool, blend the spinach to a paste:
- Heat oil and stir in the paneer and fry.
- Add spinach paste, pay bhaji masala and cook for few minutes.
- Stir in the egg slices and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with chapatti or roti or bread
