Egg Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, half boiled and sliced
  • 1 bunch spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pay bhaji masala
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paneer
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

    1. Pressure cook the spinach leaves with the salt.
    2. When slightly cool, blend the spinach to a paste:
    3. Heat oil and stir in the paneer and fry.
    4. Add spinach paste, pay bhaji masala and cook for few minutes.
    5. Stir in the egg slices and cook for a minute.
    6. Serve hot with chapatti or roti or bread
