Fenugreek Fish

Ingredients

  • 100 gm fish, cleaned and cut into slices
  • 2 cups fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 onions, ground to a paste
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

    1. Mix the curd, lime juice, onion paste, masala paste, garam masala powder and salt till well combined.
    2. Marinate the fish pieces in the above mixture for few hours.
    3. Heat oil and stir in the fish mixture along with the chopped methi leaves. Pressure cook till done.
    4. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
