Fenugreek Fish
Ingredients
- 100 gm fish, cleaned and cut into slices
- 2 cups fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 onions, ground to a paste
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Mix the curd, lime juice, onion paste, masala paste, garam masala powder and salt till well combined.
- Marinate the fish pieces in the above mixture for few hours.
- Heat oil and stir in the fish mixture along with the chopped methi leaves. Pressure cook till done.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
