Fish and Peas

Ingredients

  • 100 gm fish, cut into thin pieces
  • 1/2 cup shelled peas
  • 1/2 tsp ripe red chili paste
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup ginger juice
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Mix the red chili paste, lime juice, ginger juice and salt till well combined.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces in the above mixture for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil and stir in the fish mixture and the peas. Cook till the contents are tender and dry.
  4. Garnish it with coriander and mint leaves. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
