Fish and Peas
Ingredients
- 100 gm fish, cut into thin pieces
- 1/2 cup shelled peas
- 1/2 tsp ripe red chili paste
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup ginger juice
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Mix the red chili paste, lime juice, ginger juice and salt till well combined.
- Marinate the fish pieces in the above mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat oil and stir in the fish mixture and the peas. Cook till the contents are tender and dry.
- Garnish it with coriander and mint leaves. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
