Flavoury Machhi
Ingredients
- 1 small fish (100 gm), cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
- 1 tsp mint leaves paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated cheese
Method
- Mix the bread crumbs, grated onion, masala paste, lime juice, coriander leaves paste and mint leaves paste till well combined.
- Mix the fish pieces and the marinate mixture till well combined and leave it aside for few hours.
- Place the mixture in an oven dish and top it with grated cheese.
- Bake it for 30 minutes.
- Garnish it with onion rings or chopped onion and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
