Flavoury Machhi

Ingredients

  • 1 small fish (100 gm), cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
  • 1 tsp mint leaves paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp grated cheese

Method

  1. Mix the bread crumbs, grated onion, masala paste, lime juice, coriander leaves paste and mint leaves paste till well combined.
  2. Mix the fish pieces and the marinate mixture till well combined and leave it aside for few hours.
  3. Place the mixture in an oven dish and top it with grated cheese.
  4. Bake it for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish it with onion rings or chopped onion and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
