Herbal Chicken

Ingredient

  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup leaves/saunf
  • 1/2 cup celery leaves
  • 1 inch piece ginger
  • 5 flakes garlic
  • 100 gm chicken
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Grind all the herbs into a fine paste along with the salt.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the above paste for 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a 2 liter cooker and stir in the marinated chicken mixture. Pressure cook.
  4. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
