Herbal Chicken
Ingredient
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup leaves/saunf
- 1/2 cup celery leaves
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 5 flakes garlic
- 100 gm chicken
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Grind all the herbs into a fine paste along with the salt.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the above paste for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a 2 liter cooker and stir in the marinated chicken mixture. Pressure cook.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
