Kheema Kofta Curry
Ingredients
- For the Koftas
- 100 gm minced meat or kheema
- 1 tsp ginger chili paste
- 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 2 tsp beaten egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
For The Curry
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Mix all the kofta ingredients except oil, till well combined.
- Knead into smooth dough. Shape the dough into marble sized ball. Steam the balls in the cooker till the meat is tender.
- Heat oil in a pan and toss the steamed kheema balls till brown.
- In the same oil stir in the chopped tomatoes, onion, garam masal powder and salt. Cook till the contents are tender.
- Add the kheema koftas to the curry, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
