Mustard Mutton
Ingredients
- 100 gm mutton, cut into pieces
- 1 bunch mustard leaves, chopped finely
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 tsp ginger chili paste
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Grind the tomatoes and onions into a paste.
- Mix the mutton pieces, tomato paste, masala paste, lime juice, mustard powder and salt till well combined and leave it aside for an hour.
- Heat oil in a two liter pressure cooker and stir in the marinated mutton and the chopped mustard leaves. Mix the contents till well combined. Pressure cook.
- Garnish the dish with grated cheese and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
