Peppered Chicken

Ingredients

  • 100 gm chicken pieces
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

    1. Mix the curd, pepper powder, masala paste and salt till well combined.
    2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the above mixture for a few hours.
    3. Heat oil in a 2 liter cooker and stir in the chicken mixture. Pressure cook.
    4. Garnish it with chopped onions and coriander leaves.
    5. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
