Peppered Chicken
Ingredients
- 100 gm chicken pieces
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Mix the curd, pepper powder, masala paste and salt till well combined.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the above mixture for a few hours.
- Heat oil in a 2 liter cooker and stir in the chicken mixture. Pressure cook.
- Garnish it with chopped onions and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
