Prawn Chili Fry
Ingredient
- 100 gm prawns, shelled and deveined
- 3 ripe red chi ground to a paste
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
Method
- Boil prawns along with the salt till tender and dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns on a slow fire.
- Add the ground chili paste and the garam masala powder mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti or as a filling for the sandwich.
