Prawn Chili Fry

Ingredient

  • 100 gm prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 3 ripe red chi ground to a paste
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil

Method

    1. Boil prawns along with the salt till tender and dry.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns on a slow fire.
    3. Add the ground chili paste and the garam masala powder mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
    4. Serve hot with rice or chapatti or as a filling for the sandwich.
