Prawn Delicacy
Ingredients
- 100 gm prawns, shelled, deveined
- 2 capsicums, minced
- 2 tomatoes, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp pay bhaji masala
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Boil the prawns with the half quantity of salt till tender and dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir in the masala paste and fry.
- Add the minced capsicums, tomatoes, onion along with the remaining quantity of salt and fry, till tender.
- Add pav bhaji masala, coriander leaves paste mix the contents thoroughly.
- Finally stir in the prawns mix the contents thoroughly and cook for few more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti or bread.
