Prawn Delicacy

Ingredients

  • 100 gm prawns, shelled, deveined
  • 2 capsicums, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp pay bhaji masala
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

    1. Boil the prawns with the half quantity of salt till tender and dry.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and stir in the masala paste and fry.
    3. Add the minced capsicums, tomatoes, onion along with the remaining quantity of salt and fry, till tender.
    4. Add pav bhaji masala, coriander leaves paste mix the contents thoroughly.
    5. Finally stir in the prawns mix the contents thoroughly and cook for few more minutes.
    6. Serve hot with rice or chapatti or bread.
