Prawn in Green Gravy

Ingredients

  • 100 gm prawns, shelled, deveined and boiled
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 flakes garlic
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsp tamarind pulp
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

    1. Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic ginger and tamarind to a fine paste.
    2. Chop the prawns.
    3. Heat oil and stir in the ground paste.
    4. Add prawns and salt. Mix the contents roughly and cook for 5 minutes.
    5. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
