Prawn in Green Gravy
Ingredients
- 100 gm prawns, shelled, deveined and boiled
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 green chilies
- 2 flakes garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp tamarind pulp
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic ginger and tamarind to a fine paste.
- Chop the prawns.
- Heat oil and stir in the ground paste.
- Add prawns and salt. Mix the contents roughly and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
