Prawn Onion Curry
Ingredients
- 100 gm prawns shelled, deveined and boiled
- 1 cup spring onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
Method
- Chop the boiled prawns finely.
- Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
- Stir in the spring onion, prawns and salt. Mix the contents thoroughly and cook on slow fire with occasional stirring till the spring onion is tender
- Add chili powder, mix the contents thoroughly and remove it from fire.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
