Prawn Pardesi
Ingredients
- 100 gm prawns, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup garlic
- 1/2 cup ginger, grated
- A pinch of chili powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
Method
- Boil the prawns with half the quantity of salt and turmeric powder till tender and dry. Chop it.
- Heat oil and fry the garlic and ginger and add the remaining quantity of salt. Mix the contents thoroughly.
- Stir in the cooked prawns and chili powder. Mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
