Prawn Pardesi

Ingredients

  • 100 gm prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup garlic
  • 1/2 cup ginger, grated
  • A pinch of chili powder
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil

Method

  1. Boil the prawns with half the quantity of salt and turmeric powder till tender and dry. Chop it.
  2. Heat oil and fry the garlic and ginger and add the remaining quantity of salt. Mix the contents thoroughly.
  3. Stir in the cooked prawns and chili powder. Mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
