Sour Prawn Curry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chukka leaves, chopped
  • 100 gm prawns shelled and deveined
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

Method

  1. Boil prawns with the half quantity of salt till tender and dry. Chop it.
  2. Pressure cook the green vegetable with the remaining quantity salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped prawns and fry.
  4. Add chili powder and mix the contents thoroughly.
  5. Finally add the cooked green vegetable and cook till the contents are thick.
  6. Sprinkle broken tusk pieces on the dish and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
