Sour Prawn Curry
Ingredients
- 2 cups chukka leaves, chopped
- 100 gm prawns shelled and deveined
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Boil prawns with the half quantity of salt till tender and dry. Chop it.
- Pressure cook the green vegetable with the remaining quantity salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped prawns and fry.
- Add chili powder and mix the contents thoroughly.
- Finally add the cooked green vegetable and cook till the contents are thick.
- Sprinkle broken tusk pieces on the dish and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
