Spring Onion Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp coriander mint leaves paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and stir in the masala paste and the spring onions. Cover it with the lid and cook on a slow fire till tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, green paste, garam masala powder and salt. Mix the contents thoroughly and cook on a slow fire with occasional stirring, for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
