Spring Onion Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiled and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic-green chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander mint leaves paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oil

Method

    1. Heat oil in a pan and stir in the masala paste and the spring onions. Cover it with the lid and cook on a slow fire till tender.
    2. Stir in the shredded chicken, green paste, garam masala powder and salt. Mix the contents thoroughly and cook on a slow fire with occasional stirring, for 5 minutes.
    3. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
