Stuffed Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, half boiled

For the Stuffing

  • 2 tsp grated carrot
  • 2 tsp grated cucumber
  • 2 tsp shelled peas, boiled
  • 2 button mushrooms, chopped and boiled
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Cut the egg vertically and scoop out the yolk.
  2. Mix all the filling ingredients till well combined.
  3. Stuff the egg with the prepared filling and sprinkle the yolk on it.
  4. Serve with bread or chapatti.
