Stuffed Egg
Ingredients
For the Stuffing
- 2 tsp grated carrot
- 2 tsp grated cucumber
- 2 tsp shelled peas, boiled
- 2 button mushrooms, chopped and boiled
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Cut the egg vertically and scoop out the yolk.
- Mix all the filling ingredients till well combined.
- Stuff the egg with the prepared filling and sprinkle the yolk on it.
- Serve with bread or chapatti.
