Cucumber Raita

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup curd
  • A pinch of salt

For Seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp mustard and cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp curry leaves

Method

    1. Wash, peel and grate or chop the cucumber.
    2. Mix the curd, grated cucumber and salt till well combined.
    3. Heat ghee and fry the seasoning ingredients.
    4. Pour it over the raita and mix the contents thoroughly.
